  • as a long time user of Anagram and C2C who can’t type on a laptop correctly nor proof read what I have written, I am delighted to see C2C on the Iphone.

This needs to be on everyone’s app list: it’s a shame that registered PC users can’t get the Pro version free!

By the way, you need to change the text on your pro version, it refers to the free version.

  • Thanks for your comments, Robin. Unfortunately Apple does not allow us to give away copies of the app for free. All transactions have to be made through the App Store so they get their cut! We actually had that built into the app but Apple rejected it. Take a look at our bundle offer, though: http://www.copy2contact.com/blog/319/special-bundle-offer-for-copy2contact-for-iphone-and-pc

  • Thanks Nicholas: I have the PC copy already so I will stay with the free copy for the moment

  • Contact Capture is much better, no limits, captures multiple contacts at one time and is 100% free.

  • Definitely looks like a good app. There’s no way to add to existing contacts, though. A lot of people have email addresses only in their contact list and want to add the rest of the info.

  • It seems that after installing this app when I open my phone app (green phone icon lower left) and search my contacts the phone app crashes. I removed this app and all is well.
    Any ideas…

  • Strange, Mark. Have never seen that. You might just try restarting your phone. Because of the way apps are protected from each other, there’s no way our app can even talk to the phone app except through the built-in “add contact” API.

  • I did do a restart. My plan was to wait a day or so before I reinstall. Just to make sure things are proper.
