Refunds

Since a free trial is offered for our software products, no refund is generally offered. If, however, the software becomes inoperative within 7 days of purchase due to an issue that our customer service department cannot resolve, we will issue a refund of the full purchase price.

Refunds for software provided as a service (e.g. Copy2Contact CRM) are only issued for the pro-rated unused portion of a service period.

Refunds for our products purchased through a third party, e.g. BlackBerry App World, MobiHand, Crackberry, etc., cannot be provided by us. Please contact the 3rd-party distributor for assistance.
