These policies apply to Copy2Contact Personal and Copy2Contact PRO for Outlook and Palm Desktop only.

Major Upgrades

Major Releases include key new features and support for new versions of Windows, Outlook, Palm Desktop, etc.

Current customers receive 20% off the purchase of a major new release.

Current customers with a current maintenance contract get an additional 10% off!

Minor releases include some parser enhancements and small additional features.

Current customers receive 50% off the purchase of a minor release.

Current customers with a current maintenance contract receive minor releases for FREE.

Hotfixes include bugs fixes, security fixes, and some minor parser changes.

Hofixes are FREE to all customers.

Note that any upgrade to the same product is FREE if released within one month of purchase.
