Hold your mouse cursor over the Copy2Contact icon in your system tray area (next to your clock) to remind yourself how Copy2Contact is configured. You may need to click the tiny arrow to expose unused icons.
In this example, F12 is the shortcut key that will tell Copy2Contact to capture an item. Press the F12 key after you have highlighted some text in a document or email to activate Copy2Contact.
You can also access all of Copy2Contact’s settings and options by clicking the icon to expose the Copy2Contact menu.
